Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your reservation with The Coast (Pvt) Ltd, here is our Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. We value your interest and strive to provide you with the best accommodation experience possible. 

– At booking, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. For peak periods, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
– If no payment or no notice of payment is received within 7 days of invoice, The Coast can assume the booking is no longer desired and may take another booking.
– The balance payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. For peak periods this extends to 60 days. Once paid the balance is non-refundable.
– Prices quoted are in US Dollars
– All bank charges incurred due to bank transfer are for you to pay. The Coast will confirm the amount received.
– Once the deposit or balance payment has been received, a final booking confirmation will be sent, listing the complete booking details.
