Payments

  1. By placing a reservation on our website, you are making an offer to reserve the selected accommodation.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  3. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise us to charge the total reservation amount, including applicable taxes to your chosen payment method.
  4. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall https://thecoast.lk its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential issues arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the reservations.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any

Book Your Stay

    1. Early check-in and late checkout – Will be offered depending on the availability, at 50% of the contracted nightly rate
    2. Bookings Terms – To confirm a reservation at The Coast (standard currency is USD), the Customer will transfer a non-refundable confirmation deposit of 50% of the total value (including service charge & prevailing government tax). The remaining 50% balance payment is due maximum 30 days before arrival (Please ensure that you are protected by your relevant travel insurance policies in case of a force majeure events)
    3. Cancellation & Refund Policy –
    • 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival.
    • Up to 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 59 days before arrival.
    • The applicable penalty amount will be deducted from monies received to date, and The Coast (Pvt) Ltd will refund any remaining balance to the Customer.
    1. Payment – All payments must be transferred to the business account details provided with your final invoice, failure to make payment as described above may invalidate the booking
    2. Driver’s Accommodation – Is not available at the property. Suitable options nearby can be provided on prior request.
    3. Child Policy – No children without parents’ supervision is allowed
    4. Dietary restrictions – To be informed at the time of confirming the reservation or ordering your food items
    5. Baby Crib & additional bed available on request
    6. All our rates are on BB basis, Lunch & Dinner can be ordered from our À la carte menu
